Meet Claire
Claire Stay is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and expert in Women’s Health. She has over 22 years of clinical experience.
Claire is a Chartered Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic rehabilitation and Women’s Health Specialist.
Claire qualified from Coventry University in 2003 with her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. During her training she completed her management module in Women’s Health which sparked her interest in this specialist field. She went on to work for an NHS hospital gaining a vast amount of knowledge and experience across out-patients Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics and Women’s Health where she then took up her senior position.
After 6 years within the NHS Claire moved into a Private Hospital where she worked closely with Consultants and other members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide in-patient and out-patient services. During this time she developed her knowledge and skills in Women’s Health attending courses in Women’s Health Assessments and treatment, Ante-natal and Post-natal care run by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists in Women’s Health and Pelvic Girdle pain.
She then went on to work within an independent private clinic where she completed her training in Acupuncture, attended in-service training and NHS conferences to maintain her CPD.
Claire now works as an independent practitioner within a busy clinic where she has more recently attended courses in the management of prolapse and the role of Physiotherapy during Menopause.
As a working mum she fully understands the issues that women face and is passionate about helping them feel more in control of their bodies and lives.

Meet Rachael

Rachael has nearly 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist, with a broad background in musculoskeletal (MSK), neurorehabilitation, and community physiotherapy. She graduated from King’s College London in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
She began her career as a rotational physiotherapist with West Kent NHS Trust, where she gained valuable experience across MSK, neurology, and rapid response services. Developing a strong passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Rachael went on to specialise in this area, working across several NHS trusts in Kent. During this time, she completed a foundation course in acupuncture and undertook Pilates training to further support patient rehabilitation and recovery.
In 2021, Rachael moved into private MSK practice, where she further developed her expertise in strength and conditioning, sports injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. As a keen sportswoman herself, she understands the physical and emotional frustrations that injuries can bring and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most.
